Tom founded Visular with one mission in mind: delivering the best in technology leadership to drive results quickly for his clients.   Building on over 20 years of successful engagements and with a growing team of A-player professionals, Visular has established itself as a firm that can help companies of all types achieve world class technology. 

Tom comes from the senior management ranks of GE where he progressed over 12 years in various IT positions ranging from heavy manufacturing at GE Transportation Systems to e-Commerce and technology product development and ultimately to the role of CIO for two of GE Capital’s businesses in Europe. GE’s world-recognized leadership development honed his formidable skills in Strategic Leadership, Change Management, Problem Solving, Project Management and gave him a solid foundation in LEAN, Six Sigma and Agile approaches.

Tom leverages his breadth of experience to help clients clearly navigate the complexities of technology and deliver results in a wide range of competitive environments and industries. He has a proven track record of solving the toughest business challenges by crafting pragmatic solutions, expertly articulating a vision and fostering executive alignment.  Tom is exemplary at enabling effective decision making by bringing clarity out of complexity and executing by building and energizing high-performance results-oriented teams.

George is a leading expert in Agile and AI transformation with an impressive track record of driving innovation in global organizations. At John Deere, as an Enterprise Agile Coach, he established a world class training competency that elevated team performance & value delivery and also pioneered implementing Agile beyond the IT organization, achieving significant operational efficiencies and cost savings.

A Registered Scrum Trainer™, George’s work has been recognized by industry leaders Joe Justice and Dr. Jeff Sutherland. His work has been featured in Harvard Business Review articles "Why John Deere Measures Employee Morale Every Two Weeks" and "Embracing Agile," and documented in Joe Justice’s book Scrum Master: The Agile Training Seminar for Business Performance.

Currently, George is applying his expertise to Enterprise AI transformations, developing comprehensive AI prompting frameworks and conducting workshops on Generative AI. His innovative approach combines Agile concepts with AI practices, enabling organizations to rapidly adapt to AI advancements. He maintains the dynamic Generative AI Professional Prompt Engineering Guide, a LEANPUB book and companion suite of support resources designed to make AI prompting accessible and practical for professionals at all levels.

Yasmin Naguib Maclean, Principal

Yasmin is a senior technology leader with over 25 years experience in transforming processes, departments and projects employing global-sourcing strategies. She has extensive IT outsourcing and off-shoring experience and is a proven project and program manager. Her skills as an excellent communicator, strong leader, and supportive mentor have helped her deliver in a wide range of areas including:  strategy and policy formulation, geopolitical, economic and legal (intellectual property) analysis, business continuity planning in global environments, bid and tender management, contract negotiation, strategic vendor alignment, process and system design to support evolving client and vendor relationships, and organizational change management.

Specializing in project, program & portfolio management, governance, and resource optimization, he has helped organizations of all sizes ranging from nimble startups to global Fortune 500 giants drive strategic outcomes and achieve measurable results.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Brandon has shared his expertise at conferences in both the United States and Europe, offering insights on the latest tools, methodologies, and emerging trends shaping modern project management. His ability to blend technical engineering know-how with business acumen stems from his formal training in Chemical Engineering and a career path that spans solution architecture, organizational design, and innovation strategy.

Mike Adams, Principal

Mike is a results-driven technology professional with extensive experience leading people and project teams; implementing and overseeing technology programs; and administering multi-million dollar budgets. He possesses a thorough understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications.

Mike brings to Visular over fifteen years of success in planning, directing information technology, supply chain and customer service solutions. GE Six Sigma trained and green belt certified. Culturally sensitive and internationally experienced leader. Member and leader of Project Management Offices (PMO) for major change initiatives that were both IT and business focused.

Jeff Mayerczak, Principal

Jeff brings over 15 years of technology product development leadership to Visular from his executive tenure in international digital commerce and digital media.

He has previously served as Head of Global World & Content Marketing at BlackBerry; VP, Product Management at Cellmania and Head of Product at Kajeet - a national kid friendly pre-paid mobile service. In 2004, Jeff launched Nextel’s equivalent of the AppStore and grew content revenues from $2 to $80M in just under two years. While at GE’s e-commerce division, he led the commercialization and internationalization of GE’s B2B Marketplace product line for uniting buyers and sellers and reducing friction in the supply chain.  

Jeff is a graduate of GE’s prestigious IMLP Program, has an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA in Computer Science from Drew University.

Fabrice Gould, Principal

Fabrice’s broad technology leadership expertise includes data driven digital marketing, business & product development, technology management, and operations. His experience ranges from running key initiatives in a variety of functional units at GE and Neustar to applying his results driven corporate leadership skills to building out three startups in the local search space.  

Fabrice is passionate about building b2b business models with scalable technology, driving customer value to grow business. His unique combination of talents enables him to quickly evaluate organizations’ challenges and guide them to solutions built on a robust technology platforms that deliver relevant data to enable insight and action.  As an experienced practitioner of lean startup and agile methodologies with a passion for staying current with technology advancements and innovative new business concepts, Fabrice brings cutting-edge methods to the Visular team.

Adam Zimmerman, Principal

Starting in the late 1980s, Adam served in a variety of business leadership roles at General Electric. Along the way he established and/or ran several businesses for the company. 

After moving from GE to Network Solutions In the late 1990s, Adam became a member of the leadership team that formed the Network Solutions Registry Services business (renamed VeriSign Global Registry Services and now a standalone public company - NASDAQ: VRSN). VeriSign operates a wide array of network infrastructure including the authoritative registry for the .com and .net top-level domains, as well as two of the Internet's root nameservers. As vice president of Business Operations Adam was responsible for leading the operating activities of what was then a new business. What initially began as a small core team grew - in terms of revenue, employees, and the bottom line - substantially during his tenure. The business now generates north of $ 1 billion in revenue annually and continues to be highly profitable.

Since his time at VeriSign, Inc., Adam has helped Visular and its clients think carefully about their capital allocation decision-making -- including, but not limited to, technology initiatives -- and how it relates to establishing & fortifying their competitive advantages.

Raj Rawal, Principal

Raj Rawal brings strong strategic, leadership, and execution skills in hospitality, retail, food service, and manufacturing, consisting of corporate and franchise operations with a track record of successfully leading teams in the Americas, Europe, and Asia in CIO positions at Burger King Corporation (BKC), Avis/Budget Car Rental, and General Electric (GE).  He has consistently delivered on significant business objectives as a C-level executive from helping take companies public to driving technology change and implementing multi-million dollar IT systems.

Allyson Ashley, Manager of Company Operations

Allyson is a polished senior professional who effectively manages Visular's back-office operations, enabling consultants to focus their time and energy on delivering value to clients.  She directly supports the team in all sales, marketing, and business development activities.  Her years of experience working for both large global companies and small businesses enable her to manage our most complex logistical challenges and provide excellent support to client projects directly.   Allyson has worked over six years to build a truly best in class support infrastructure for Visular of the type rarely found in such a small firm and has become an indispensable part of the high performance Visular team.
