Andrew Dahlkemper, VP of Human Resources at Google

Andrew brings cutting edge global HR, Leadership Development, and Technology Industry experience input to Visular. 

Before taking his current role at Google he served as SVP of Human Resources at Dolby Laboratories responsible for leading and executing HR programs, practices, and operations worldwide; EVP of Human Resources at BEA Systems, leading the HR function for the company with 4,100 employees in 38 countries; and VP of International HR for Electronic Arts, where he lived and worked in Geneva, Switzerland. Andrew has also held HR management positions with Citibank, the Frito-Lay division of PepsiCo, and Johnson & Johnson. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Fritz Prine, CEO of Westfield Steel

Visular benefits from Fritz's 16 years of GE Leadership experience and proven solid financial background. He is currently the CEO of Westfield Steel where he oversees daily operations and guides the strategic vision of the company.  

Prior to joining Westfield Steel, Fritz's career experience with General Electric and GE Capital included acquisitions, business development, sales, structured finance, and general finance and accounting. While with GE Capital, he originated or acquired $1B in secured loans and leases. His industry experience stretches across almost all private sectors with heavier concentrations in construction, distribution, transportation, manufacturing, metals & mining, food processing and waste. Fritz is a graduate of GE’s prestigious Financial Management Program (FMP) and has a BS in Finance from Syracuse University. He is also involved as an officer of board for the Indiana Chapter of the Metals Service Center Institute.

Chris Cornue, President & Principal, SGP

Chris is a proven change agent in the healthcare industry and through multiple leadership, executive and collaborative roles has driven dramatic improvements within health systems, communities, and organizations. Chris brings his wealth of knowledge and leadership experience around technology's impact on healthcare to the Visular team. 

In his current consulting role at SGP, he leverages his experience and a cultivated network of partners & change agents to further the best possible health outcomes for patients and communities globally. Previously, Chris served as Navicent Health’s Chief Strategy and Chief Innovation Officer, which included functioning as a primary architect and leader of efforts to strategically combine with Atrium Health to form the US southeast’s largest healthcare system. Chris also led SG2’s consulting practice and oversaw their Center for the Future, and served as CEO of McKee Medical Center in Colorado, where he led the organization to top decile performance in quality outcomes and patient satisfaction while driving the conversion from paper to a fully digital hospital (with the implementation of an EMR &CPOE) and the introduction of various new technologies (including a daVinci surgical robot, low-dose emitting 64 slice CT, and electronic ICU).

Heidi Meinzer, Attorney at Law

Heidi’s diverse background and significant academic and professional accomplishments enable her to bring a unique point of view to Visular.  Her legal practice specializes in small business, nonprofit and public safety labor law.

Heidi began her legal career as a public defender and prior to opening her own firm was a civil and criminal litigator. She serves on the board of directors for four non-profits.  Prior to beginning her legal career, Heidi spent four years abroad as a Peace Corps volunteer and US AID contractor before returning to the US to graduate cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center.
